Xbox and IGN are teaming up for another ID@Xbox Showcase on Tuesday, October 20. The stream starts at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. BST and is built around indie trailers, gameplay, updates, and world premieres.
Xbox Wire's current news feed lists the showcase announcement, while an official-announcement mirror of the Xbox Wire item says the presentation will feature 18 games. The confirmed highlights include The Wolf Among Us Remastered and new gameplay from Critical Reflex Games.
When to watch
The broadcast begins October 20 at:
- 10:00 a.m. Pacific
- 1:00 p.m. Eastern
- 6:00 p.m. British Summer Time
The announcement says viewers can watch through IGN's website and its YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and X channels, along with partner sites including Eurogamer, VG247, and Rock Paper Shotgun.
The Wolf Among Us Remastered is the clearest named draw so far
Most of the lineup is intentionally being held for the show. The Wolf Among Us Remastered is the named project to watch if you want something recognizable rather than a surprise reveal.
Critical Reflex is also confirmed to bring new gameplay. Beyond that, the point of the event is discovery, so it makes more sense to wait for the actual trailers than to turn pre-show teases into fake certainty about Game Pass, physical releases, or launch dates.
Do not assume every reveal means Game Pass or Play Anywhere
ID@Xbox showcases often include games with Game Pass or Xbox Play Anywhere support, but those features need to be confirmed title by title. A game appearing in the stream is not enough evidence by itself.
That is especially important for collectors. Indie games can launch digitally first, receive later physical editions, or never receive a retail disc at all. We will treat each announcement as its own platform, edition, and ownership question instead of stamping one answer across the whole showcase.
What Zypher XP will be watching for
The useful follow-up is not a trailer list copied into a paragraph. We will be watching for new release dates, major ports, physical editions, Game Pass additions, compatibility details, and genuinely substantial surprise announcements.
Anything that materially changes what a player can buy, play, or preserve deserves its own article. Smaller reveals can stay in the event recap where they belong.
