Q: What condition are the items sold at Zypher Trading Video Games?
A: We offer a mix of Brand New & Sealed and Pre-Owned items. While some listings are for new products, the majority are pre-owned. We understand that buying used items can raise concerns—that’s why every pre-owned product undergoes a detailed multi-step cleaning and testing process to ensure optimal functionality and cleanliness. We also back every used item with a 90-day warranty, so you can shop with confidence.
All discs (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed to be in excellent cosmetic and fully playable condition.

Q: Can I request additional photos of an item?
A: In most cases, no. We take several high-resolution photos for each product to accurately showcase its condition. What you see is exactly what you'll receive.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will automatically adjust during checkout once your location is entered.

Q: What if the item I received is defective or damaged?
A: No problem—you're covered. We accept returns within 30 days for any defective or non-functional item. Contact us at Support@ZypherTrading.com to begin the return process. Items must be returned in the original condition and will be tested upon return. If a replacement is available, we’ll send it; otherwise, we’ll issue a full refund.
Zypher Trading Video Games reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Q: I don’t like the item I bought. Can I return it?
A: If the item has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns based on personal preference. We recommend reviewing all item details before purchasing.
However, Change of Mind returns are accepted for unused items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. These may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and Zypher Trading reserves the right to deny such returns.

Q: Can I sell or trade in games, consoles, or accessories?
A: Absolutely! Visit the Sell Your Video Games section on our website or email Support@ZypherTrading.com with a list and photos of your items.
Trade-ins are paid via a Zypher Trading Digital Gift Card, and direct sales are paid via PayPal after we receive and inspect the items. We reserve the right to decline any offers if items don’t match agreed conditions.

Q: Do you sell empty game cases or manuals?
A: Occasionally. Since we prioritize completing listings, cases and manuals are not always available. If we have them, they'll be listed in the store.

Q: Do you have more items not currently listed?
A: Not at this time. If an item isn’t listed, it’s either out of stock or still going through our Inventory and Multi-Stage Cleaning & Testing process. Check back often as new items are added regularly.
