Q: What is the condition of the items that are listed on the Zypher Trading Video Games store?
A: Zypher Trading Video Games has many different types of items listed in our store, some items are Brand New and Sealed, though most items will be pre-owned/used. We understand there is always skepticism when purchasing an item that was previously used.
Which is why Zypher Trading Video Games offers a 30-day warranty on all pre-owned/used items, as well as Zypher Trading Video Games has put into place a multi-step cleaning and testing process. Meaning that no matter the value of a previously used item, that item will be properly and thoroughly cleaned to best be brought back to its original state and the item will be properly tested to confirm optimal functionality.
All discs (unless stated in listing) are in great cosmetic condition, as well as playable condition.
Q: Can you provide additional photos of an item?
A: In most instances, No. Zypher Trading Video Games is very thorough and diligent in our photo taking process to make sure to take several high-quality photos that best illustrate the condition of any item.
Q: Do you ship world-wide?
A: Yes, we do! During the checkout process, shipping costs will be automatically adjusted after inputting your shipping information.
Q: The item I purchased arrived defective or damaged. Can I return it?
A: Yes! Zypher Trading Video Games offers returns within’ 30 days of purchase, if an item arrives in non-working condition. Please contact us at Support@ZypherTrading.com to arrange a return, to receive either a replacement or a refund.
Zypher Trading Video Games reserves the right to deny any return. The return must be completed within’ 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was originally sent to qualify for a return. The item will be tested to confirm that it is non-working upon returning to Zypher Trading Video Games. If these conditions are met, Zypher Trading Video Games will send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, Zypher Trading Video Games will send a full refund of the original total cost.
Q: I do not like the game, accessory, or console I purchased. Can I return it?
A: Once an item has been used, we do not accept returns. As we are unable to guarantee your enjoyment with the items we sell. With that said, please research an item before making a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns – Zypher Trading Video Games does accept returns for items where the buyer has changed their mind and has not used the item. Zypher Trading Video Games reserves the right to deny a Change of Mind Return. Change of Mind Returns must be completed within’ 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was originally sent to qualify for a return. Zypher Trading Video Games may require a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.
Q: Can I sell / trade-in games, accessories and consoles to Zypher Trading Video Games?
A: Yes! Please refer to our Sell / Trade-In Your Items section here on ZypherTradingVideoGames.com or send us an email at Support@ZypherTrading.com with a list of the items you wish to sell, accompanied with photos as well.
Zypher Trading Video Games reserves the right to decline any offers.
If an agreement is made, payment is made through PayPal for selling transactions. & Zypher Trading Video Games Digital Gift Card is issued to sellers provided email address for all Trade-In transactions. Payment will not be issued until your items have been received and have been thoroughly checked & tested to verify that we have received all items and in the condition that was agreed upon.
Q: Do you sell empty cases or loose manuals?
A: We do, but not very often. As we are always striving to complete as many items as we can that we list. Though, if we are selling either of the listed items above or any other odds and ends, they will be listed on our store.
Q: Do you have additional items for sale that are not currently listed?
A: Short answer is, No. Although we always have additional items that are in the process of being listed for sale. With that said, please keep in mind that if an item is not listed for sale on our store, we either do not have that item in stock, or that item has not finished with our Inventory Process and Multi-Stage Cleaning and Testing process.
