Returned items must be sent back in the original condition and will be inspected upon return. If a replacement is available, we will send one. If not, a full refund will be issued.
Zypher Trading Video Games reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
If the item has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns based on personal preference or buyer’s remorse.
