Damaged or Defective Items: 
ZypherTrading Video Games offers returns within 30 days of purchase in the instance the item/s purchased arrives defective or damaged. 

  • ZypherTrading Video Games holds the right to decline a return if the item(s) are not defective or damaged.


Change of Mind Returns (Item Not Used By Buyer):

If a return is requested for an item that is not defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase, ZypherTrading Video Games may require a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.

  • ZypherTrading Video Games does not refund original shipping costs if a Change of Mind Return is accepted.
  • ZypherTrading Video Games holds the right to decline a change of mind return.


Change of Mind Returns (Item Used By Buyer):

ZypherTrading Video Games does not accept returns for any item that has been used and that is not defective or damaged.


Exchanges: 
ZypherTrading Video Games does not accept/do Exchanges.

Damages and Misc. Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


ZypherTrading Video Games does not accept returns under any conditions that go beyond 30 days after the purchase date.
 
ZypherTrading Video Games holds the right to decline any return for any reason.
