The seller remains responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to Zypher. Poor packaging can result in transit damage and may affect the final payout.
Buy List prices are estimated payouts. Every submission is inspected after arrival. Missing pieces, damage, cleanliness issues, incorrect condition selections, authenticity concerns, or functional problems may change the final payout.
Once approved, payment can be sent through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Choose Digital Zypher Trading Video Games store credit and receive an additional 10% on top of your final approved payout. A $100 approved cash payout becomes $110 in Zypher store credit.

Buy List prices are estimated trade-in values based on the condition you select. Once you create and submit your invoice, Zypher will honor the quoted prices for up to 30 days. Final payout is still subject to inspection and may be adjusted if an item's condition, completeness, authenticity, or functionality differs from what was submitted.
We will grade the item based on what actually arrives. If the condition or completeness differs from your submission, the final payout may be adjusted.
You cover inbound shipping when your submitted estimated Buy List value is $1,000 or less. For submissions over $1,000, contact us before shipping and Zypher will provide a prepaid inbound label.
No. Items submitted to Zypher are not returned after inspection, including items that are rejected or assigned no trade-in value. Only send items you intend to sell.
Light wear may be acceptable if the game is authentic and playable. Severe scratching, cracks, disc rot, top-side damage, or a disc that cannot be made playable may reduce the value or cause rejection.
Yes. Consoles should include all required cables and accessories. Any missing cables or accessories could make the final value worth less.
Approved cash payouts can be sent through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. You can also choose digital Zypher store credit.
Store credit receives 10% more than the final approved cash payout. For example, a $100 approved cash payout becomes $110 in Zypher store credit.
