What Can’t I Send?

Do not send top / label-side disc scratches, cracks, deep gouges, damaged data layers, or badly scratched Blu-ray games (PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Wii U). Inspect both sides of every disc.

Do not send nonworking games, counterfeit items or reproduction labels, liquid damage, battery corrosion, or broken cartridges. Hardware needing repair must be approved separately.

Disclose acceptable case / cover damage, genuine original cartridge label wear, or repairable CD / DVD scratches on the matching item row. Deductions are reviewed in your collection quote.

Use separate rows when copies have different contents or damage. Missing a manual? Choose Game + Original Case, not Complete.

Formatting Help

Use Title, System, Condition, and Quantity columns. Optional columns: Type, Defects, Notes. Add damage details in the item rows after importing. Use one worksheet with up to 600 item rows. Excel files: 5 MB maximum. CSV files: 1 MB maximum. Save older .xls files as .xlsx / CSV or paste their cells above.

Packing & Shipping Help

Wait for your approved offer, current label, and shipping instructions before shipping. Pack by system, then title, in the same order as your list. Keep each game with its matching case and protect loose discs individually.

Include the approved packing list and your sell-list reference in every box. Number multiple boxes 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and so on. Send only approved items and quantities; tell us about changes before shipping.
