Before shipping a system, remove personal accounts, passwords, parental locks, and personal data. Factory-reset modern systems when appropriate and make sure the hardware is dry, reasonably clean, and free from strong odors.
Systems are inspected and tested after arrival. Known functionality issues should be disclosed before shipping so the Buy List submission accurately represents what you are sending.
