Refund & Warranty Policy

At Zypher Trading Video Games, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell with a fair and transparent return and warranty policy. Please review the details below:


🔄 14-Day Return Policy

You can return most items within 14 days of the shipment date for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received — clean, functional, and with all original packaging and accessories
  • Opened New Items: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for any new items that have been opened
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

🛡️ 90-Day Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on all consoles, games, and accessories, starting from the shipment date.

  • Covers: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Excludes: Damage caused by misuse, dislike of item, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or external factors

To File a Warranty Claim:

Email support@zyphertrading.com with your order number and a description of the issue.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital Downloads & Gift Cards
  • Used Consumables (e.g. used cleaning kits, etc.)
  • Sports & Trading Cards, unless pre-authorized
