In past incarnations of the franchise, the Potter bunch would travel around the academy, kickin' it RPG style. But with a more grown-up Potter comes a more action-oriented game. This DS adventure features dungeon crawling from an isometric-view. Have your wand ready because you'll cast your jinxes around every corner. You'll choose one member of the trio to control, while the others will play under control of the AI. Casting spells is easy enough to learn. One button casts a spell and another casts a charm. All game functions are available through buttons but you can also use the touch screen in some spell-casting situations and to bring up the Folio Universitas. Using the Nintendo DS wireless function, you and a friend can play a minigame, but you both have to have a Goblet of Fire Game Card.
Bottom Line Harry's first DS game is a success and filled with action!
