📧 How To Get Started

To begin the process, please email Support@ZypherTrading.com with the following:

  • A complete list of all items you would like to sell or trade
  • Detailed condition notes for each item
  • Clear, high-quality photos of each item from multiple angles

When describing condition, please let us know things like:

  • Is the item Complete in Box?
  • Are any parts, cases, cords, or manuals missing?
  • Are there any known defects or cosmetic flaws?
  • Have you experienced any issues while using it?

The more detail you provide upfront, the faster and more accurately we can review your items. 📦

💰 How We Determine Value

Our offers are based on current market data, with pricing primarily referenced from:

  • eBay sold listings
  • VideoGamePriceCharting.com

Typical cash offers generally range between 40–60% of current market value.

Trade-ins receive up to 15% more value than cash offers. ⭐

🚚 Shipping Information

The seller is responsible for shipping items to Zypher Trading Video Games.

However, if the items being traded in are valued at over $100, Zypher Trading Video Games will cover the cost of the shipping label. ✅

If an item arrives in a condition that does not match the description provided and a revised offer cannot be agreed upon, return shipping will also be the responsibility of the seller.

💳 Payment & Trade Credit

Once your items are received, inspected, and approved, payment is issued in one of the following ways:

  • Cash sales: Payment is sent through PayPal
  • Trade-ins: A Zypher Trading Digital Gift Card is sent by email

Most payments or trade credits are issued within 48–72 business hours after verification.

We also offer store credit through our Digital Gift Card, which can be used toward anything in our store. 🛍️

🔍 What Happens After We Receive Your Items

After your package arrives, we will:

  1. Verify item condition and completeness
  2. Test all applicable items for full functionality
  3. Communicate any updates, discrepancies, or needed adjustments

To help avoid delays, please include a note inside your package with:

  • Your name
  • Your return address
  • Your PayPal email address for cash payments
  • A complete list of the items included

❌ Items We Do Not Accept

At this time, we do not buy or sell cellphones.

📜 Additional Terms & Conditions

By selling or trading in your items to Zypher Trading Video Games, you agree to the following:

  • You release Zypher Trading Video Games from claims related to the product, including loss or unauthorized access of personal data
  • We strongly recommend fully wiping and formatting any device before shipping it to us 🔐
  • All mail-in sales and trade-ins are final unless items received are missing or do not match the described condition
  • Zypher Trading Video Games reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this program at any time without notice

❗ Important Notice

Zypher Trading Video Games is not liable for:

  1. Third-party claims against you
  2. Loss of data or damage to your data
  3. Economic losses or incidental damages
  4. Items lost or damaged in transit to or from our location once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier
