At Zypher Trading Video Games, we are always looking to bring in new inventory. If you have video games, consoles, accessories, or other tech-related items you are looking to sell or trade, we would love to hear from you. 🎮✨

🎮 Start With the Zypher Buy List

The fastest way to sell games, consoles, systems, and accessories to Zypher is our searchable online Buy List. Search the exact items you have, choose the condition, add quantities, and build an estimated payout before you ship anything.

If an item is not currently listed in the Buy List, email Support@ZypherTrading.com with the title, system, condition details, and clear photos. We can review items that fall outside the current list separately.

💰 How Buy List Values Work

Buy List prices are estimated payouts based on the item and condition selected. Once you submit your Buy List, Zypher will honor the quoted prices for up to 30 days. Final payout is confirmed after your items are received and inspected for condition, completeness, authenticity, cleanliness, and functionality.

Choose digital Zypher store credit and receive 10% more than the final approved cash payout.

🚚 Shipping Information

For submitted Buy Lists with an estimated total of $1,000 or less, the seller purchases and pays for inbound shipping to Zypher.

For submitted Buy Lists over $1,000, contact us before shipping and Zypher will provide a prepaid inbound shipping label.

Pack items securely and keep your tracking information. The seller remains responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to Zypher.

💳 Payment & Store Credit

After inspection and final approval, cash payouts can be sent through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.

You can also choose digital Zypher store credit and receive an additional 10% on top of the final approved cash payout. For example, a $100 approved cash payout becomes $110 in Zypher store credit.

🔍 What Happens After We Receive Your Items

After your package arrives, we will:

  1. Verify item condition and completeness
  2. Test all applicable items for full functionality
  3. Communicate any updates, discrepancies, or needed adjustments

To help avoid delays, please include a note inside your package with:

  • Your name
  • Your return address
  • Your PayPal email address for cash payments
  • A complete list of the items included

⚠️ Submitted Items Are Not Returned

Please only ship items you intend to sell. Items submitted to Zypher are not returned after inspection, including items that are rejected or assigned no trade-in value.

❌ Items We Do Not Accept

At this time, we do not buy or sell cellphones.

📜 Additional Terms & Conditions

By selling or trading in your items to Zypher Trading Video Games, you agree to the following:

  • You release Zypher Trading Video Games from claims related to the product, including loss or unauthorized access of personal data
  • We strongly recommend fully wiping and formatting any device before shipping it to us 🔐
  • All mail-in sales and trade-ins are final unless items received are missing or do not match the described condition
  • Zypher Trading Video Games reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this program at any time without notice

❗ Important Notice

Zypher Trading Video Games is not liable for:

  1. Third-party claims against you
  2. Loss of data or damage to your data
  3. Economic losses or incidental damages
  4. Items lost or damaged in transit to or from our location once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier
