Gameplay & Core Systems
Rockport can be explored freely between events, allowing players to locate races, shops, car dealerships, safe houses, and hiding places. To challenge each Blacklist member, players must win a required number of races, complete police-pursuit Milestones, and accumulate enough bounty.
