1. Find your items.Search the live Buy List by game, console, system, or accessory. You can also browse by platform below.
2. Choose the closest condition.Select the condition that best matches what you actually have, enter the quantity, and add the item to your sell list.
3. Review and submit.Your sell list shows the current estimated payout. Add your contact information and any useful condition notes, then submit it to Zypher.
4. Ship your items.Pack everything securely and send the shipment to Zypher. If your submitted Buy List is over $1,000, contact us before shipping so we can provide a prepaid inbound label.
5. We inspect everything.After arrival, we verify authenticity, condition, completeness, cleanliness, and functionality where applicable.
6. Final payout is approved.Once inspection is complete, the final approved value is paid through your selected payment method or issued as Zypher store credit.

Game condition

What we inspect

• Authenticity: counterfeit or reproduction items are not accepted.
• Functionality: games, systems, controllers, and accessories must work as expected unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
• Physical condition: we check discs for cracks, disc rot, severe scratching, and top-side damage; cartridges for shell, pin, corrosion, and label damage.
• Completeness: cases, manuals, cables, and required accessories are checked against the condition you submitted.
• Cleanliness and odor: items should be reasonably clean and free of strong smoke, mildew, pet, or other persistent odors.

Consoles & accessories

Consoles should include all required cables and accessories. Missing required pieces, damaged ports, screen problems, disc-read errors, power issues, stick drift, broken buttons, account locks, online bans, corrosion, liquid damage, or other functional problems may reduce or remove the trade-in value.

Inbound shipping

Pack the shipment carefully

• Use a sturdy box and enough packing material to prevent movement.
• Protect games and cases from heavier consoles or hardware inside the same box.
• Fill empty space so items cannot slide or bounce during transit.
• Seal every opening with strong packing tape.
• If you purchase your own label, use a trackable service and keep the tracking number until the shipment is completed.
• Remove personal accounts, passcodes, parental locks, and personal data from systems before shipping.

Payment choices

Approved cash payouts can be sent through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. You can also choose digital Zypher Trading Video Games store credit and receive 10% more than the final approved cash payout. For example, a $100 approved cash payout becomes $110 in Zypher store credit.

Prices and availability

The Buy List reflects what Zypher is currently looking to purchase, so offers and availability can change as inventory needs change. Once you submit your sell list, the quoted prices are held for up to 30 days, subject to inspection.

Only ship items you intend to sell

Items sent to Zypher are not returned after inspection, including items that are rejected or assigned a zero trade-in value. Please review your shipment carefully before sending it.

Common reasons value changes

Incorrect condition selection, missing required pieces, damaged artwork or labels, severe disc damage, non-working hardware, counterfeit items, corrosion, liquid or insect contamination, strong persistent odors, account locks, or other undisclosed problems can affect the final approved payout.
