● Final Sale / No Returns: Mystery Boxes are sold as-is. The Mystery Box as a whole, or individual items within it, cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item arrives defective or non-functional, please contact us. Upon return and inspection of the defective item, we will:
- Replace it with the same item if available, or
- Replace it with the same item if available, or
- Substitute it with another randomly selected item of equal or greater value.
