About the Game

Adrenalin Misfits is a downhill racing game designed for the Kinect peripheral in which anthropomorphic animal characters race "crossboards" - boards that can cross snow, water, and everything else. Game modes (for one or two-players via split screen) include:

Gameplay & Core Systems

Trial: a practice mode that introduces the controls. Fly Distance: racers compete for the farthest jump. Players can also use their gamer profile avatar in-game. The controls are completely motion-based: players tilt their body to the side to turn, forward to accelerate and jump to jump. The courses also include power items (speed boosts, weapons, and special moves) that once picked up can be fired by stomping the foot.
