About the Game
A runaway carrier loaded with leaking nuclear missiles is heading through towns, factories and farmland. Blast Corps puts you in charge of the demolition crew clearing its route. The carrier keeps moving while you work, turning each obstruction into a deadline: reach it, choose a machine that can break it, and make enough space before the missiles arrive.
Demolition with a Plan
The vehicles demand different approaches. Ramdozer pushes through buildings with its reinforced blade, while Backlash does its best work by sliding its armored rear into a target. Ballista attacks from a distance with missiles, and the robotic suits add tumbling attacks and aerial stomps. Switching between these tools matters as much as driving quickly. A route can require several vehicles, and the surrounding equipment—including trains and cranes—can become part of the solution.
That combination gives the destruction a puzzle-like rhythm. Survey the next obstruction, work out how to reach it, then execute the plan under pressure. Adjustable camera views help you judge space around buildings and machinery. The bright industrial landscapes and oversized equipment make the emergency feel like a miniature demolition playground, even as the moving carrier keeps the stakes immediate.
Beyond the Carrier Route
Clearing a path is only the first objective. Return to completed areas to demolish remaining structures, rescue survivors and activate Radiation Dispersal Units. Communication Points reveal training and bonus stages, while commendations reward both route clearance and more thorough exploration. Vehicle challenges and timed courses give you reasons to refine the handling after the immediate danger has passed.
Progress can be saved on the Game Pak. An N64 Controller Pak expands save options to four files and preserves fuller completion and bonus-time information, making it useful when pursuing every objective.
