Follow these steps in order. Saving a list on your device does not submit it to Zypher.
Start with the exact game, system, model, and edition.
Search by title, use familiar system names such as PS2 or GBA, or choose a system from the visible menu. The system filter keeps the search within that platform. Select All systems to search everything. Use Item type to show games, consoles, or accessories.
The same title on another system can have a different offer. Compare the printed title, platform, and edition on your item with the listing. Cover artwork is a visual reference; the listing text identifies the offer.
Click Find by barcode and enter the complete number, including leading zeros. A match finds the game and system; it never adds an item automatically. You still choose what is included and confirm the quantity.
Camera scanning is available only in supported browsers and starts when you choose Scan with camera. Manual entry works without camera permission. If a code is unknown or no match appears, search by title and system.
The visible Cash / Trade buttons update every displayed item value. Cash is a money payout. Trade includes 15% extra as digital Zypher store credit. The choice also carries into review and stays saved in this browser.
Both total options remain visible so you can compare. Shipping eligibility always uses the cash value before the Trade bonus.
Choose Game only for the disc or cartridge by itself. Choose Game + case when you have the game and original case but a required manual or other contents are missing. Choose Complete when the original required contents are present, including a manual if that title originally included one.
Hardware uses the options and requirements for its own listing. Set the quantity from 1 to 99 and describe damage, faults, replacement parts, or missing pieces in Item notes. Copies with different contents should be separate entries.

A request is not an accepted offer. Wait for an approved offer and shipping instructions before sending unlisted items.
Review all item details before entering your contact information.
Click Review & send. Check each title, platform, contents, quantity, and item value. Edit opens the same item picker so you can change the contents or notes. The − and + buttons change quantity. Remove deletes a line. Undo is available briefly after a change.
The review prices follow your Cash / Trade choice. Switching to Trade updates the per-item values and totals immediately; switching to Cash shows the cash values again.
Choose Cash or Trade / store credit. If you choose Cash, select PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Trade is digital Zypher credit worth 15% above the final approved cash value.
Enter your name and email so Zypher can contact you. Phone number and a general note are optional. Disclose item-specific faults on each item line.
Read the selling terms, check the acknowledgement, and send the list. The success screen confirms that the request was sent. If the page shows an error instead, the submission is not confirmed; keep your list and follow the error message.
Check the email address you entered and your spam or promotions folders for next steps. Saving, printing, copying, or adding an item alone does not send your list.
Submitted Buy List prices are held for up to 30 days, subject to inspection. A locally saved list is not a submitted quote. Condition, authenticity, completeness, and functionality must still match your submission.
Use your submitted list as the reference when preparing the shipment. If you need to change a submitted list, contact Zypher with the changes rather than assuming that an edit on this device updates the earlier submission.
Only ship after you have the appropriate instructions.
A submitted Buy List at $250 or less in cash value uses seller-arranged and seller-paid inbound shipping. A submitted Buy List strictly over $250 qualifies for the prepaid-label process: contact Zypher before you ship.
Use the shipping destination and instructions provided for your submission. Do not send a collection-review request before an offer and shipping instructions are approved.

Carrier delivery means the box arrived. It does not mean inspection is complete or payment has been issued. Payment follows inspection and approval; the Buy List does not promise a fixed turnaround time.
The approved cash payout can be sent through the selected PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App method. Trade credit adds 15% to the final approved cash value; $100 approved cash becomes $115 in digital Zypher credit.
Use the email instructions for any payment details requested by Zypher. Never include account passwords or payment-app login details in your notes.
Read before shipping: items are not returned after inspection, including rejected items and items assigned zero trade-in value. Check the exact item, contents, and condition before you send it.
Use the Buy List for matching offers. Use Sell a Collection for an inventory, mixed lot, or an item that needs review.
