Hot Shots Golf World Invitational is an entry in the Japanese golf series with some features special for the PlayStation Vita. With customizable characters to choose from, there are various gameplay modes, from singleplayer to multiplayer and online. Similar to previous games in the franchise, if you earn enough points, you can purchase various items from character accessories, outfits, clubs, or dye your character's hair. In the online mode, you can customize your character and enter the lobby that supports up to 30 players where you can exchange messages or start a match. During a golf match, you can use both 3rd-person and 1st-person perspective while aiming and striking at the ball.
