Create a Puppy Styling Routine

Barbie: Groom and Glam Pups is a pet-care simulation centered on preparing puppies for fashion-focused events. Choose a puppy from six breeds, give it a name, and follow Barbie’s guidance through the steps of keeping it clean, comfortable, and ready to perform. Grooming activities include bathing and brushing, with the Wii Remote used to make the care actions feel more direct than choosing commands from a list.

Train, Dress, and Perform

Care is only the beginning of the routine. Puppies can learn tricks such as jumping, spinning, and giving a kiss, then combine that training with outfits, accessories, and wigs. The wardrobe supports different visual themes rather than locking every dog into one appearance. Runway competitions turn the preparation into a performance, while photography contests provide another place to show the finished look. Rewards earned through play feed back into the in-game economy, opening more ways to customize and present each puppy.

A Gentle, Goal-Based Pet Game

The structure moves from everyday grooming to training and show preparation, giving each activity a clear purpose without treating the puppy as a static dress-up model. Barbie serves as an on-screen mentor with instructions and encouragement, making the sequence approachable for younger players. The tone remains upbeat and noncompetitive even when a runway or photo event supplies the immediate goal. For players who enjoy virtual pets, fashion customization, and short motion-controlled activities, the game combines all three in a compact Wii experience.
