Celebrity-Guided Fitness and Routine Planning

Get Fit with Mel B is a sports and health/nutrition fitness game designed around personal training sessions featuring ex-Spice Girl Mel B. Built to guide users through structured exercise regimens at home, the program pairs interactive physical training with lifestyle routines.

Profile Setup and Targeted Goals

Upon beginning, the player establishes a profile by entering personal fitness details, specifically gender, height, and weight. In addition to physical profile measurements, users customize their routine environment by selecting an active workout location, such as Central Park or The Maldives.

Players also establish the direct focus of their training program by choosing up to two specific fitness goals. These selections are organized into defined categories, including General Health objectives like weight loss or Special Occasions goals such as preparing physically for an upcoming wedding.

Workouts and Nutritional Guidance

Once goals are locked in, the system uses those chosen targets to generate a structured 30-minute daily workout routine accessible straight from the main menu. To complement physical exercise with lifestyle planning, the game incorporates a dedicated daily food plan designed to accompany the workout program.

For players who prefer focused or flexible training, the title allows users to select specific individual exercises or assemble a complete custom workout. This structure accommodates both quick practice of specific movements and fully tailored multi-exercise sessions.

Tracking and Hardware Support

On Nintendo Wii, long-term progression and fitness results are monitored using the Wii Balance Board, which players use to keep track of their progress over time. The release runs from a Wii Optical Disc and supports a dedicated 1-player offline setup, with motion-guided interaction supported via the Wii Remote, Wii MotionPlus, and the Wii Balance Board.
