Jet Li: Rise to Honor | Sony PlayStation 2 | PS2

Kit Yun (character model after Jet Li), is an undercover Hong Kong police officer, tasked to protect Chiang, a boss of one of the Hong Kong crime gangs, and a friend of Kit's late father. But Chiang is contemplating leaving the life of crime which doesn't seem to sit well with certain key people in the organized crime and before soon everybody is attempting to assassinate him. Despite his efforts, Kit fails to protect him, but decides to follow the dying man's wish which consequently puts him in a non-stop action.

This is an action game heavily influenced by Hong Kong action movies with strong emphasis on martial arts. Jet Li motion captured his signature moves which gives this game a feel of actually playing one of his action movies, more to the fact that Cory Yuen was in charge of fighting choreography used in the game.

Game settings takes place in Hong Kong and San Francisco, both indoor and in the open. Story progress is linear and freedom of exploration is non-existent, but you can utilize your surrounding while fighting your enemies. From time to time you will get to use a cover system when in a firefight, but your main weapon of choice will most of the time be your martial art skill. You will often find yourself surrounded by multiple enemies where you will fight with basic attack moves and various combos. You can slam your enemies to the wall or desk, or hold and slide them along the bar counter, or you can pick certain objects and use them in your combat (i.e. take a stool and toss it at your opponent). Certain moves can be performed with your AI partner, when present, though that may more often be the case when it comes to boss fights.

Game progresses in an episodic manner through the key checkpoints from which you can continue your story. Audio track also gets unlocked as you progress through the story, and game soundtrack, as well as cut-scenes, can be viewed in audio/video player accessed via main menu. Beside the regular 4:3 aspect ratio, game also supports 16:9 widescreen format.
