Sonic Forces
Sonic Forces is a 2017 platform video game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The story follows Sonic, who joins a resistance movement alongside a custom-created hero and Classic Sonic to fight against Dr. Eggman, who has conquered most of the world with the help of a powerful villain named Infinite and the artifact known as Phantom Ruby.
The game features three playable characters: Modern Sonic (3D perspective similar to Sonic Generations), Classic Sonic (2D side-scroller), and the customizable avatar that plays similarly to Modern Sonic. The avatar can use various weapons powered by the Wisps, first seen in Sonic Colors, to destroy enemies and find new paths on stages.
