Super Scope 6 is a collection of six aiming games built around Nintendo's Super Scope. Play requires the Super Scope accessory, its receiver, and a compatible CRT television; the original light-detection hardware does not operate with a modern flat-panel display. After setting up the receiver, you calibrate your aim against an on-screen target and use the Scope itself to select games and fire. Moving to a different position may require another aim adjustment.
The Blastris group combines puzzle solving with target practice. In Blastris A, blocks travel across the screen and you shoot away individual squares so the remaining pieces can form complete vertical lines. Each incoming block adds a limited supply of shots, making accuracy part of the puzzle. Blastris B changes the task to matching colored blocks: firing changes a block's visible color, and arranging matching colors clears them. Mole Patrol tests quick reactions as targets appear, mixing straightforward aiming with penalties for hitting the wrong mole.
The LazerBlazer group presents three shooting challenges. Intercept asks you to lead moving missiles and judge where your shot will meet them. Engage sets a pursuit against enemy aircraft with a fuel limit, while Confront has you shoot approaching robots before they can attack. These games reward reading target movement and choosing a firing moment rather than simply pointing at whatever is currently visible.
Difficulty selections and score chasing give the collection its progression. Blastris A and Intercept also support two players taking turns with the same Scope, competing on their results rather than shooting simultaneously. The mix of colorful block puzzles, arcade targets, and science-fiction combat demonstrates several different uses for the accessory within a compact set of challenges.
