Godzilla is back to making a mess, Link has another appointment with Hyrule, and Escape Academy is accepting students with suspiciously dangerous classrooms. For Monday, November 2 through Sunday, November 8, 2026, these are three releases worth putting on the calendar.
This is a selected US release guide. The dates below come from the linked publisher and platform pages, checked November 2. The table highlights selected editions rather than every platform version. Check your storefront for regional availability and unlock times.

The November 2–8 shortlist
| Date | Game | Checked editions |
|---|---|---|
| Tuesday, November 3 | Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered | PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 |
| Thursday, November 5 | The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time | Nintendo Switch 2 |
| Thursday, November 5 | Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School | PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X|S |
Tuesday: Godzilla brings back the arena brawl
Steam and Nintendo's US Switch 2 listing both show November 3 for Atari and Pipeworks' remaster of the 2002 fighter. The advertised roster contains 12 monsters, with an improved system for choosing which monsters, locations and gallery items to unlock.
Watch the multiplayer distinction on Switch 2: Nintendo lists one to four players on one system and two online. The four-player living-room fight and the online match have different limits. Your third friend cannot squeeze into a two-player online lobby through sheer enthusiasm, even if their chosen monster has several heads. Check the Nintendo Switch Online requirements before planning an online session.

Thursday: identify the new Ocarina of Time edition
Nintendo dates its rebuilt Switch 2 Ocarina of Time for November 5. Its official page describes overhauled visuals, orchestral music, voice acting, expanded cutscenes and updated movement and camera controls. This is a distinct release from the older versions that already share the title.
The ocarina supports traditional button controls as well as humming or playing an instrument into the Switch 2 microphone. You do not need to buy a real instrument just to use the ordinary controls. For the specific new systems, read our existing Switch 2 Ocarina coverage.
Thursday: Escape Academy sends the puzzle outside the room
Coin Crew Games' sequel is dated November 5 by its PS5 announcement, the publisher and Steam. The campus connects the escapes with exploration, and the publisher advertises online and split-screen couch co-op alongside solo play.
An optional No-Timer Mode is the useful planning detail for a mixed-experience group. For Xbox console online co-op, the store lists Game Pass Essential, Premium or Ultimate as a requirement, with subscriptions sold separately. Our recommendation is to agree on the pace before starting: one person wanting to inspect the room and another wanting a stopwatch challenge can both like puzzles. Read the existing Escape Academy 2 feature for the fuller campus breakdown.
Shop Ocarina's earlier physical history at Zypher
Buy your next physical game from Zypher Trading Video Games. Collectors can check our listing for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest for GameCube. That is the older GameCube product, not the new Switch 2 game. Read the selected condition and included contents before ordering; a disc-only option does not promise a case or manual.
Browse Zypher's games for your next physical purchase, or sell your old games to Zypher through our Buy List.
