Nickelodeon’s biggest racers hit the slime

Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway rebuilds the series around a larger roster, voiced characters and more ways to shape each machine. More than 40 racers drawn from SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Rugrats and other Nickelodeon shows compete across colorful courses where familiar scenery can turn into a chaotic shortcut.

Drift, boost and adapt to changing terrain

Races reward clean cornering and aggressive use of track features. Karts and bikes can transform into watercraft when the route reaches new terrain, so the race keeps moving instead of treating water as a simple boundary. Slime-filled alternate paths create route choices, while pickups and character abilities can spin out or slow rivals. The handling is arcade-focused and designed around quick reactions rather than simulation tuning.

Build a combination that fits your style

Customization goes beyond choosing a driver. Paint jobs and parts change the appearance of a kart or bike, while a pool of 90 crew members supplies distinct special abilities. Drivers, vehicles and crew can be mixed into a huge range of combinations, letting players favor a familiar character or experiment with a setup that complements how they race.

Race through 36 tracks or enter the arena

The track list contains 36 new and returning courses inspired by Nickelodeon properties. Standard races sit alongside a mayhem-driven arena mode for direct competition. One Nintendo Switch system supports one to four players, including split-screen group play, while online races support two to twelve players. Handheld mode is limited to one local player.

Switch requirements and current online access

TV, tabletop and handheld play are supported with Joy-Con controllers, and the accepted catalog data also lists Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and motion-control support. Online play currently requires an internet connection and a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership; local modes do not. Nintendo lists Game Mill as publisher, Bamtang Games as developer and October 14, 2022 as the release date.

Standard release and downloadable content

This catalog listing is the North American standard Nintendo Switch release, identified by UPC 810110660052. Nintendo separately lists a Turbo Pack as downloadable content, so that add-on is not promised with a physical copy. ESRB rates the game E for Everyone with Comic Mischief and Mild Cartoon Violence.
