About the Game
Director's Cut was released roughly three years after the original version , and is more of an enhanced version than a remake. The main updates in comparison to the original game are:
Gameplay & Core Systems
Graphics - enhanced with redrawn textures, new lighting and shading and 3D support Controls - updated and with PlayStation Move support Story - extended with additional cutscenes between chapters. Difficulty - no difficulty level selection. The later released version for the Switch is based on the PC version of the Director's Cut, except now the cutscenes were removed.
Modes & Ways to Play
The game is generally set around the older version's easy mode.
Presentation & Atmosphere
Display support includes Progressive Scan (480p), HDTV 720p, and 3D Compatible. Audio support includes Dolby Digital.
