Rugrats: Scavenger Hunt turns the babies' imaginative adventures into three board games. Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil move through themed spaces, search for objects, and encounter familiar characters from the television series. The pace is based on taking turns and choosing how to use what you find, with each hunt giving the same group a different objective.
In Angelica's Temple of Gloom, the babies work together to recover pieces of a broken Aztec statue before Angelica collects them. Sharing a space can help the babies search or protect one another, while encounters with Angelica put their pieces and cookies at risk. The cooperative objective makes helping another baby part of helping the whole group succeed.
Pirate Treasure Hunt changes the game into a competition inside an imagined sunken ship. Each baby searches for a set of treasure pieces, and the first to complete the collection wins. Meeting another baby can trigger a toy contest with a circular set of strengths and weaknesses. Cookies also have a practical use: Susie can search for treasure on your behalf, although spending them does not guarantee the room contains the piece you need.
Reptar Rally sends the babies to a candy island, where they compete to gather sweets from different zones. All four babies take part, controlled by players or the computer. This board has its own rules and targets, giving it a different rhythm from the statue search and underwater treasure hunt.
A spinner determines movement, and board spaces can lead to searching, character encounters, or useful objects. Energy and cookies add decisions between turns: resting or eating can restore energy, while Toy Cards give you more options during a hunt. Cartoon settings and recognizable voices keep the small-scale adventures rooted in the show's make-believe world.
One to four players can join locally, with computer-controlled babies filling roles where appropriate. A Nintendo 64 Controller Pak is needed to save games. The mix of shared objectives and friendly competition makes this a character-led board-game collection with rules that change meaningfully between its three hunts.
